How We Work For Our Customers

At AORTA IT Services, we believe in a collaborative and transparant approach to all of our clients and projects. Our process is designed to ensure a seamless experience for our clients from start to finish. 

1.

Discovery

First we plan an intake with one of our consultants to explore your business and IT challenges. The consultant will get back to you with a proposal and approach. 

2.

Setting expectations

We will in this phase clearly define the scope, objective and goals of the project and our collaboration. This will also be agreed in a Statement of Work. 

3.

Plan

In this phase we will detail out the scope, assign resources and develop a detailed planning with all deliverables. Next to this we will assess known risks and constrains that we need to take into account during the project. 

4.

Execute

When agreed, we will in this phase mobilize the team and start with the execution of the Project. We will agree on a Governance and progress reporting cadance. We will implement quallity control measure to ensure the right Quality is delivered.  

5.

Deliver

In the last phase we will deliver the project based on the beforehand agreed acceptance criteria. As part of this phase all the required documentation will also be delivered. 

6.

Evaluate

There will always be a post implementation review before the project will be closed. The final product will be the project closure report where we also look back at the lessons learned during the project.
